In a significant move, AHS Properties, under the leadership of Abbas Sajwani, has revealed plans for two ultra-luxury projects set in the prime locales of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Canal.
Established just last year, AHS Properties has swiftly gained momentum, with its latest ventures bolstering the company’s total value to an impressive $550 million.
According to Arabian Business, Abbas Sajwani emphasised AHS Properties’ commitment to excellence, stating, “We are collaborating with world-renowned architects and brands to elevate these properties and deliver unparalleled ultra-luxury homes to our clientele.” He further added, “Our aim is to set the highest standards in luxury living, offering our clients nothing but the best.”
Renowned architect Shaun Killa from Killa Design, acclaimed for his work on the Museum of the Future, will spearhead the architectural vision for these projects, infusing them with innovation and sophistication.
These opulent structures will rise nine storeys high, offering a total of 25 penthouses and sky villas each. Designed to redefine luxury living, each residence will boast an array of amenities, including state-of-the-art spas, private cinemas, cigar lounges, and private swimming pools adorning every balcony.
Interior designs by firms such as 1508 London and Hirsch Bedner Associates will further elevate the allure of these exclusive residences.
The Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Canal properties are poised to set a new standard in luxury real estate, with prices estimated at around $1,100 per square foot.
