HUNA’s flagship project, H Residences, presents a refined assortment of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, featuring 37 meticulously designed residential duplexes and apartments. Alongside luxurious living spaces, H Residences promises world-class amenities, picturesque vistas, and bespoke services, including an exceptional dining experience orchestrated by the esteemed trio of Cipriani Dolci, Café Kitsuné, and NAC (North Audley Cantine).

The Fold, HUNA’s second residential endeavour, comprises 28 meticulously crafted residential villas distinguished by captivating façade elements inspired by tulip fields.
