font-family: Manrope-Light, sans-serif;\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 18px; font-family: Manrope-Light, sans-serif;\">\n<li>Assisting clients in in finding them a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.<\/li>\n<li>Achieving sales targets \/ KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up with the clients\/leads on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Follow company\u2019s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.\n<br><br><p><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 18px; font-family: Manrope-Light, sans-serif;\">Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 18px; font-family: Manrope-Light, sans-serif;\">\n<li>UAE Real Estate Sales experience (2 years is a&nbsp;must).<\/li>\n<li>Fluent written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiator.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>UAE driving license is a&nbsp;must.<\/li>\n<li>Russian speaker is a must\n<br><br><p><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;
