The main function of this role is to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and developers to assess and to commit them to sales/leasing transactions. The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and understand the property market.


  • Assisting clients in in finding them a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.
  • Achieving sales targets / KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
  • Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
  • Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
  • Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.
  • Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
  • Follow company’s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • UAE Real Estate Sales experience (2 years is a must).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
  • UAE driving license is a must.
  • French speaker is a must

Kindly note this is a commission-based role, no basic salary.
