Luxury Sales Manager – Real Estate (Off-plan)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, close deals, and drive growth in the ultra-luxury segment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build your own sales team, attracting top talent and creating a culture of excellence.
  • Drive high-value off-plan sales, managing complex negotiations and closing deals with Dubai’s ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue and market share in Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
  • Leverage your leadership and sales expertise to build enduring client relationships and establish a strong market presence.
  • Collaborate with our award-winning marketing team to showcase exclusive off-plan projects and attract high-profile buyers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate landscape to stay ahead of market trends and opportunities.
  • Set and monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring accountability and delivering results.


What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with a proven track record of success in off-plan or luxury real estate.
  • Previous experience in managing and building sales teams, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • A personal network of clients and connections in Dubai’s real estate market is highly preferred.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and achieve ambitious targets.
