What You’ll Do:

  • Close high-value deals in the secondary market with precision, managing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to final agreement.
  • Negotiate confidently to secure deals that meet client expectations while maximising revenue potential.
  • Leverage your sales expertise to connect with Dubai’s ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and build enduring relationships.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales by understanding client aspirations and presenting relevant opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our award-winning marketing team to showcase exclusive projects and attract high-profile buyers.
  • Stay well-informed about Dubai’s real estate market, ensuring you can present each project’s unique selling points.
  • Provide exceptional service and guidance, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the luxury real estate sector.


What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of property sales experience in Dubai, preferably in secondary real estate.
  • A personal network of clients and connections in Dubai’s real estate market is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for delivering excellence in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
