This role involves proactively discovering prime properties and securing tenants, understanding and fulfilling tenant and landlord requirements to skillfully close leasing deals. The exemplary candidate is responsible for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction while maintaining a keen awareness of the dynamic nuances within the local rental market.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing properties and securing leasing rights from landlords.
• Assisting tenants in finding a suitable property that caters to their requirements and successfully concluding tenancy agreements.
• Achieving monthly targets/KPIs.
• Ensuring all inquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
• Following up with clients/leads on a regular basis.
• Updating records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
• Following the company’s policies and procedures to ensure the quality and legality of all transactions.
• Identifying new business opportunities and positively contributing to increasing the company’s footprint within your given location.

Qualifications and Experience:

• UAE Real Estate Leasing experience (1-2 years is a must)
• Must be RERA certified.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiator
• Ability to work independently
• Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
• UAE driving license is a must
