Sales Manager - Commercial

MILK Real Estate is expanding its Commercial Division and seeking a driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in Dubai. This role is an opportunity to shape and grow our commercial real estate sector, drive revenue, and build lasting client relationships in a dynamic market.

As a key figure in our leadership team, you will take ownership of team performance, market positioning, and strategic business development within the commercial real estate space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a team of commercial property specialists, ensuring they achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement commercial sales strategies to expand market presence and increase deal flow.
  • Client & Investor Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with business owners, investors, and corporate clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, competitive movements, and regulatory shifts to refine business strategies and maintain MILK Real Estate’s market edge.
  • Performance Management: Track key sales metrics, optimize workflows, and provide insights to the executive team for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience, aligning marketing, technology, and operations for efficiency.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all transactions adhere to regulatory standards and uphold the highest levels of professionalism in commercial real estate.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate sales, with a strong track record of leading successful teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years in real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the commercial sector.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai commercial property landscape, investor trends, and leasing/sales cycles.
  • RERA certification and a valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
